Anyone
who needs access to iNovah (Administration and Management Portal and/or
Cashier) will need to be a User. The level of access and types of actions can be
stored at this level, but may be best stored at the Groups level.
A
User can be either Active or Inactive.
Inactive Users will not be able to sign into the iNovah Cashier or the
Administration and Management Portal. Users cannot be Deleted, this will leave
orphaned data within iNovah. If a User leaves the company, make the User
Inactive. A User can be Edited or Copied
if needed.

Users page is located at Configuration>System
Configuration>User Security.
