Return Checks

If collecting Check Account information (Check Routing Number, Check Account Number, Check Number) a check that has been returned can be entered into iNovah and iNovah will locate the corresponding transaction. Checks that have been entered can be searched and may be linked to the Payment Account Number. When capturing the Account Number and Routing Number in Cashier, if they match an entered Return Check, a warning will appear on the Cashier screen.

The Return Checks utility is located at Administration>Return Checks.
